Check Availability

**Please contact me for availability of dates, then print off Rental Agreement, fill-in information, sign and mail copy along with a $300 deposit within 10 days to reserve your reservations.

**The Policies & Information packet will be emailed to you.

**The coordinator is also responsible for making sure the Policies and information are read and followed by ALL guests.

**The coordinator is responsible for collecting money from all guests.

 

Rates & Policies

Standard Group Rates  

  • 2 night Minimum based on 12 person occupancy - $1320 OR

  • 2 night Minimum based on 10 person occupancy - $1200

  • Add additional nights to your stay for only $30 per person (no minimum guests required).

  • A $300 deposit/down payment and a signed rental agreement is needed within 10 days from your request to reserve your dates.

  • No damage deposit is collected however, after your departure, a full inspection of the property will be done and any damages to property or belongings the coordinator will be contacted to discuss and agree upon replacement or repair costs and reimbursement.

  • Check-in time is 12:00 Noon / Check-out time is 12:00 Noon (this is flexible and other arrangements can be made closer to time of booking).

  • All state and local sales tax are included in all rental fees.

  • Sorry I do not accept credit cards, Paypal or Venmo.

  • After the initial deposit/down payment, the remaining balance is due IN FULL 60 days prior to reservation date.

  • Any returned checks for non-sufficient funds will cancel/void reservation.​

  • REBOOKING POLICY: RIGHT OF FIRST REFUSAL- current guests are given the opportunity first to rebook their same weekend for the following year.  If they choose not to rebook, that weekend will be open to other groups.  (A 10 day grace period from date of departure will be given to decide and $300 deposit be made).

       NOTE: Some of these dates may need to fluctuate with Groups   surrounding certain holidays that change days....Example:  Easter).  

 

  • CANCELLATION POLICY: 

  • Cancel within 61 days of the reservation date, receive FULL refund.

  • Cancel within 31-60 days of the reservation date, receive half back.

  • Cancel within 30 days or less of the reservation date, receive NO refund. (Exceptions may apply)

    Other Information:

  • Contact me if you are interested in a weekend that is booked already and would like to be put on a waiting list for when those dates open up.

  • If you would like to be put on a list to possibly join another group to help reach their group total or if a group would like to add others to their group, please email me your information and I will pass it along to those who inquire.
